WALVOIL plant in Oklahoma
Ardesia has completed the testing of the semi-automatic system (suction / catenary) for the painting of hydraulic valves mounted on agricultural machinery (John Deere) inside the new plant of WALVOIL FLUID POWER CORPORATION of Tulsa in Oklahoma (USA) at the homonymous multinational company.
Our final product consists of a pressurized spray booth and a high-temperature cooking oven combined with an air movement system equipped with hooks, specially designed for the processed material, which make the loading and unloading process easier.
Everything is managed by a control panel with touchscreen display, incorporated into the electrical panel, equipped with sensors that allow you to detect and adjust the amount of flow inside the work area, manage the automatic doors and allow a direct connection with the company data network to ensure a continuous monitoring and remote assistance.
